About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Haematology team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, where we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a Haematology Specialist Nurse, you will play a key role in providing nursing support to our patients and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with haematological conditions, including anticoagulation management.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to haematology care.
  • Participate in research projects and quality improvement initiatives.
