An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Service Receptionist to join our well-established car dealership in the UK, offering an attractive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 plus OTE £28,000. This full-time role provides excellent benefits, including 25 days annual leave, ongoing training and development opportunities, employee discounts, optional car schemes, and pension scheme.

The successful candidate will be welcoming customers warmly and identifying their service needs to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process. They will work closely with the service team to manage service and recall bookings, scheduling appointments effectively, coordinating customer vehicle handovers during drop-off and collection, and maintaining professionalism throughout.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating service and recall bookings with precision, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  2. Providing clear and accurate service estimates, addressing any customer queries and concerns.
  3. Handling cash and card transactions while maintaining meticulous service records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Receptionist, Service Advisor, or similar role is essential.
  • A strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in the motor industry, is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • A full UK driving license is a must.
