Netbox Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in Medway. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial functions of the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in processing and raising sales invoices, purchase orders, and credit notes.
  • Complete contract sales invoices, purchase orders, and check invoices against purchase orders.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and run debtors reports weekly.
  • Process credit card expenses and ensure all receipts are provided to claim.
  • Run VAT returns and supplier payment runs weekly.
  • Assist finance and HR with ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Requirements:**

  • Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Credit Control experience.
  • Strong IT experience, especially in Microsoft suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
