Maserati of San Diego is looking for an Aged Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control and be organised, driven, and energetic, with a proven track record of delivering high standards within set deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for chasing up tenant arrears, maintaining commentary on older outstanding arrears, and flagging bad debt risk concerns. You will also assist the management accountant with monthly/quarterly reporting and present on aged debt at client meetings.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Identify and chase up tenant arrears, including preparing letters and making phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant arrears, including commentary on older outstanding arrears
  • Flag bad debt risk concerns to the management accountant
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the management accountant
  • Present on aged debt at client meetings
  • Respond to tenant queries and provide clear explanations of their debt status

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
