About the Job

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Food Safety Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our QHSE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and FSMA.">
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.">
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in food safety leadership, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.">
  • Ability to travel frequently between sites, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £48,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' holiday and a NEST pension scheme.
