Job Description:
This Financial Operations Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing the Accounts inbox, ensuring accurate coding of invoices and expenses, and chasing late payments. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our procurement team to set up new suppliers on our system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts inbox and distribute emails accordingly.
- Ensure invoices and expenses are coded correctly and verify Procurements coding.
- Chase missing/late invoices due to statement reconciliations.
- Send new supplier forms to all new suppliers and set up on Sage independently verifying bank details.
About the Role:
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Thursday 9 am - 5 pm and Friday 3 pm finish. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position.
