Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Liaison to join our ESN Operations and Commercial team at BT Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical liaison between operations and ESN commercial teams, building strategic relationships and managing investigations and escalations.
  • Regularly review the contractual and operational performance of ESN supplier services by leading governance forums.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives across all ESN workstreams, focusing on achieving ESN goals and excellence.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing performance on ESN Critical National Infrastructure projects.
  • Proactively build and maintain internal and external relationships to support ESN performance and development objectives.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of radio networks, with experience in operations, fieldwork, and power/transmission solutions.
  • Experience working with vendors, outsource partners, or managed service providers.
  • Skilled in data storytelling: building cases for change using data analysis and effectively communicating to business audiences.
  • Proficient in project management fundamentals, including milestone tracking and linking projects to customer experience.
  • Business acumen: understanding of contracts, budgets, forecasting, and supplier commercial behaviours, demonstrating communication and presentation skills for all levels.
