About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager/Hub Store Manager to develop and implement store-specific strategies that optimize patient care and profitability. You will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance, underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.

You will work in-store, reporting to a Store Manager/Hub Store Manager, and will be responsible for leading and developing your store team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in leading within a retail environment, and who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop your store team to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences
  • Work closely with the Store Manager/Hub Store Manager to develop and implement store-specific strategies
  • Deliver a strong trading performance, underpinned by an exceptional operational platform
  • Lead and inspire your team to drive business growth and improvement
