Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Profit: Drive sales growth and maximize profit through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
- Retail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
