About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our client's small and friendly team as a Financial Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide support with all accounting duties and administration, working closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input invoices into Xero and support with raising sales invoices
  • Run monthly reports for aged receivables and payables
  • Reconcile bank accounts and process new customer applications
  • Manage credit control for overdue invoices and assist with answering incoming calls and emails as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Outlook and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Working Hours and Salary

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience + free onsite parking & café.
