We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our client's small and friendly team as a Financial Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide support with all accounting duties and administration, working closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Input invoices into Xero and support with raising sales invoices
- Run monthly reports for aged receivables and payables
- Reconcile bank accounts and process new customer applications
- Manage credit control for overdue invoices and assist with answering incoming calls and emails as required
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workload
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience + free onsite parking & café.
