A well-established employer in East Sussex requires a Pensions Manager for a 2-year fixed-term contract. The expected compensation for this position is £42,000-£45,000 annually.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of pensions schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance and communicating changes to employees. They will also supervise the Pensions Assistant, maintain a deep understanding of pension matters, and lead pension projects.
Core Duties
- Lead the Pensions Assistant in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high standards for scheme members and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with pension legislation and communicate updates to employees.
- Oversee pension projects, including research, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate auto enrolment arrangements for Pension Schemes to meet regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Payroll Administrators.
- Understand pension implications of change and work collaboratively with the team and administrators to maintain efficiency.
Essential Skills

- Experience with monthly reporting.
