We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing expert treatments, and selling a range of products.
Key Responsibilities- Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether they are hotel guests or spa break visitors.
- Deliver a variety of treatments and provide expert advice on products.
- Sell products from our retail offer and upsell or book guests for additional treatments.
- Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to perfect your skills.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails would be a bonus.
