About the Role:

The Spa Therapist - Relaxation Expert will create a serene atmosphere for our guests, delivering exceptional spa treatments and providing expert advice on our retail offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
  • Use expert knowledge to recommend products from our retail offer
  • Upsell or book guests in for additional or further treatments
  • Participate in regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to enhance skills

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails is a bonus
