As the Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations for PART & COMPANY Ltd, you will lead and manage an accomplished team in a Destination proper Best of British Gastro Pub. The successful candidate will work closely with the owner and part of a sister boutique Hotel to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the owner and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
