Bidwells is looking for a Real Estate Leadership Position holder to lead our property management team. As a senior commercial property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing property management functions, advising on management issues, and creating a sustainable, income-generating portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a leadership role within commercial property management, from another property consultancy or owner/investor. You will also have strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with property management systems like Prop Man or MRI.

This position comes with a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits including up to 8% matched pension, 28 days holiday as a minimum with your birthday off work, and opportunities for professional development and family-friendly policies.
