Delivering Excellence in Real Estate Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate Project Management Team in Cambridge.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve project goals.
  3. Provide expert advice on project conception, including approaches to successfully achieve client objectives.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant construction or real estate discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing real estate projects in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
