Job Summary

Talent Solution Partners is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Professional to join their team in Luton, UK.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with an emphasis on training and development. As an Industrial Maintenance Professional, you will be part of a strong team of Engineers covering one site in Luton with occasional travel to London.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various maintenance tasks, including reactive repairs and PPMs, to ensure the site's M&E systems are functioning optimally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain QHSE documentation using client CAFM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and record keeping.
  • Identify and implement innovations to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
  • Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the site's M&E systems.
  • Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management.
  • Prioritise and delegate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery.
  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.
  • Observe the company policy on Health & Safety at Work.
  • Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested.
Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

- Strong understanding of QHSE documentation and Quality Management Systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 Days Holiday and Life Assurance.
