Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Prodigi Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and financial tasks, including accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable invoices and manage customer payments.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate transaction recording and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry into accounting software.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, correspondence, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
