Job Title: Finance Administrator

Prodigi Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and financial tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable: Process accounts receivable invoices, manage and record customer payments, and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry of financial transactions into accounting software, and assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, correspondence, and other admin tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar), and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role, with experience in a production or manufacturing environment being a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and problem-solving skills.
