About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by translating the needs of the organization into actionable people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that ensure future business success.
  • Drive the talent management process to identify, develop, and build the talent pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce trends, and change management best practices.
  • Develop and implement high-impact diversity and inclusion practices that support business priorities.
  • Develop and implement a diverse range of initiatives to enhance Employee Engagement and overall employee experience.
  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a comparable HR Business partner role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hold a minimum of third-level qualification in a relevant discipline, e.g., HNC, HND, or Degree, or equivalent business experience.
  • Hold a minimum CIPD Level 7 Qualification.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in training and leadership development facilitation.
  • Experience of working within the aerospace industry or a related field.
