Job Title: HR Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at Wilsher Executive Recruitment. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment function, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for all HR-related matters, including absence, onboarding, welfare, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support the recruitment function, including managing job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on employee files.
  • Assist with the processing of DBS applications and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Support the production of payroll information and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to apply relevant training courses to individual training schedules.
  • Manage and order team stationery and produce security passes for staff and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR generalist administration and working in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Relevant educational experience or qualifications, such as CIPD 3.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and provide HR solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of IT packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
