About the Role

You'll work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that meets their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration
  • Helping with household chores, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
