We are seeking an accomplished Conveyancing Assistant to join our residential property team at SJC Partners. As a key member of the department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the success of our organization.
- Main Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on conveyancing matters.
- Collaborate with fee earners to manage caseloads, including document preparation and filing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Conveyancing, preferably in a residential setting.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with conveyancing procedures and protocols is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as law or business administration.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience, and opportunities for career growth within the firm.
