Site Services Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a Site Services Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our site is compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation, relevant to site services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for GMP (good manufacturing processes) / Standards in designated Site Services areas
  • Attend daily engineering meetings
  • Complete critical and non-critical planned preventative maintenance
  • Responsible for breakdowns/reactive maintenance on all site services equipment
  • Key stakeholder in delivery of Engineering Health and Safety Actions and Engineering Food Safety Actions
  • Responsible for contractor management and safety while onsite

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a great work ethic
  • Ability to work on your own and prioritize efficiently

Desirable

  • BGO1 Guidance on the safe operation of boilers (Operator or Manager)
  • ACOP L8 Legionella Control Training
  • 17th/18th Edition Requirements for Electrical Installations
  • Previous experience within a similar role or recognized trade suitable to legal compliance area
