Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: £45k - £50k

Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate site activities, including earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructure works.
  2. Plan, schedule, and manage subcontractor operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Ensure that all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to on site.
  5. Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. A degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
  2. Experience in adoptable drainage and roads.
  3. Residential / Commercial experience desired.
  4. Ability to use Autocad and Total Station.
  5. IT skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  6. A full driving licence.
