Customer Service Role Overview

As a Night Porter at Village Hotel Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night team, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the night
  • Work collaboratively with the Night team to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively
  • Support all departments as needed, including the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Be proactive in solving problems and think on your feet to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests
