Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as an IT Department Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing the management of our global IT function.

As an IT Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
  • To oversee the management of our SAP, Skype, server, and Cloud systems.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT management position.Microsoft Office skills.SQL skills are desirable.Good communication, written, and numerical skills.Ability to organise, prioritise workload, maintain confidentiality, and produce documents accurately.A flexible approach to work and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
