About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and maintain office systems, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • RSA Text and Word Processing Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in a busy office environment, handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within the remit of the role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
