Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Flexible Shift - 12 Hour Days or 12 Hour Nights, any 7 out of 14 days, averaging 42 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role involves working in diverse manufacturing environments within the Lincolnshire area, providing quality technical services, and maintaining a customer-facing presence.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert mechanical and electrical services across various commercial and industrial settings.
  • Lead on electrical installations, machine setups, and perform regular maintenance to ensure continuous high standards.
  • Serve as the face of our company, establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted local service provider.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, capable of managing diverse tasks.
  • Precision in all installations and maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, participates in regular team meetings at head office, and contributes to an open forum for continuous improvement.
  • Dedicated to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations with every project.
  • Flexible for local travel, equipped with a brand-new company van and the highest quality PPE.
