Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day maintenance tasks and line improvements to optimize plant performance.
  • Implement solutions to reduce downtime and enhance engineering strategy.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying reasons behind problems and failures.
  • Participate in exciting engineering projects from inception to delivery.
  • Champion a proactive PPM culture and collaborate with operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams and maintain the restock cycle for engineering stores.
Requirements:
  • A time-served apprenticeship in electrical maintenance.
  • Electrical qualifications from recognized bodies.
  • NVQ Level 3 or BTEC L3 (or equivalent).
  • Electrical fault-finding skills and Logic Control experience (desirable).
