Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at the Uist and Barra Community Hospital in the Outer Hebrides. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage ill patients in emergency situations
- Implement a plan of care and demonstrate clinical excellence in nursing
- Assist in the running of the ward and safeguarding patients and staff
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills and a flexible team approach
Requirements:
- Post-registration experience in medical and acute care is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills and ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Evidence of professional development and commitment to ongoing learning
