At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in our Northampton branch.
A Quick Look at the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with local branch networks on Select listings and sales, and maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll build rapport with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Skills and Experience Required
- Preferably an experienced Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
