At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic residential sales team as a Senior Estate Agent in our Northampton branch.
About the Role
As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with local branch networks on Select listings and sales, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator looking to progress their career
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence holder
