Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our governance team, you will provide critical support to the Company Secretary's office and contribute to the development and improvement of our governance frameworks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Deputy Company Secretary in preparing agendas and commissioning reports, presentations, and papers for meetings.
  • Collate and issue meeting papers and additional information in a timely manner, including drafting papers as required.
  • Contribute to the production of the Annual Report and assist with end-of-year and external audit processes.
  • Ensure the Board and Committees are properly constituted, operated, and supported, and that statutory filings are completed.
  • Support annual CMA compliance reporting and review of the modern slavery statement.
  • Provide ad hoc support for strategic and exceptional projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and company law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Able to demonstrate a professional approach under pressure.
