Installation Manager Job Description

Sigma 3 Kitchens Ltd is seeking a skilled Installation Manager to join our Retail division in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete installation process, ensuring high standards are met from start to finish.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the installation process, including customer communication and project management.
  • Work closely with our skilled tradespeople and fitters to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
  • Ensure all installations meet and exceed company standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in managing installations, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous, although training will be provided.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • A full UK driving licence is required, as travel to customer homes is an essential part of the role.
