Koura Global is looking for an exceptional professional to take on the role of Continuous Improvement Director in Runcorn, UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and excellence.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant operation, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Lead teams to achieve business targets, focusing on safety, health, and environmental performance.
  • Investigate incidents and drive improvements in operational performance.
  • Collaborate with site production managers to develop improvement plans for medical process teams.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in continuous chemical process operations, ideally at a supervisory level.
  • Experience working with unionized workforces on shift patterns, preferably on Top Tier COMAH sites.
  • Knowledge of leadership and management principles, including ILM Level 4 or similar.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications desirable.
