Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Monitor: Ensure the team responds to all queries, including Freehold Purchase quotes and length left on leases.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and other team members to ensure legal compliance and efficient operations.
- Portal System Management: Manage, maintain, and oversee the portal system, including rollout.
- Company Secretary: Undertake the Company Secretary role for applicable sites.
- Support Team Requirements: Support team requirements with email queries.
- Respond to Solicitors' Queries: Respond to all solicitors' queries.
Requirements:
- Attending Training: Attend webinars, apprenticeship workshops, and any other such training to upskill and improve.
- Desire to Learn: Have a desire to learn and gain knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of Operating Processes: Have good knowledge of operating processes to maintain and improve the company's business operations and better support the team.
- Soft Skills: Possess good soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand people's needs.
- Technical Skills: Have good knowledge of QUBE computer system and Windows apps, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Communication Skills: Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisation Skills: Have great organisation skills.
