Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Reed. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing tenant management, leading development projects, and handling property and land transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Management: Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and address tenant queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
  • Maintenance Team Management: Manage and supervise the maintenance team for prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
  • Development Projects: Support agricultural to commercial property conversion projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for development projects.
  • Property Transactions: Assist with property and land purchases and sales, including due diligence and negotiations.
  • Strategy Development: Develop strategies to maximize property portfolio profitability and value.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to directors and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the maintenance team, providing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in agricultural or commercial property development is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Qualifications: A degree in property management, real estate, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Recognized qualifications in property management or real estate, such as RICS or CPM.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, financial acumen, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, development, and tenant relations.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of property law, compliance regulations, and health and safety.
