About the Role:

As a skilled Chef at TRCGroup, you will be responsible for planning and providing daily nutritious meals for our residents while ensuring the food you purchase is fresh and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety and environmental standards. This role requires a team player who can inspire and motivate their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and provide daily nutritious meals for residents.
  • Maintain health and safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff and train them as needed.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
