Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Acute Care team as a Health Care Assistant. Our team comprises advanced practitioners, acute care team practitioners, vascular access practitioners, and health care assistants with diverse experiences and skill sets. We are looking for a team member who can complement our current workforce and deliver safe, personalized, and effective care to patients referred to our service.

Main Duties

The main responsibilities include venepuncture, cannulation, male/female catheterization, attending and supporting patients with deteriorating conditions, working alongside the vascular access practitioner, and supporting the delivery of formal and informal education to staff.
