Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Factfind Reviewer to join our team at Compliance Recruitment Solutions. As a Factfind Reviewer, you will be responsible for ensuring that life assurance and pension sales are fully compliant with business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review life assurance and pension sales to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend remedial actions to ensure best customer outcomes.
  • Promote understanding of internal procedures and regulatory requirements among colleagues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CPD record in line with FCA requirements.
  • Generate reports and summaries of thematic reviews and file assessments as requested by the Head of Compliance.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in factfind review and a Level 4 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in reviewing life assurance and pension sales, including transfers.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
