Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Factfind Reviewer to join our team at Compliance Recruitment Solutions. As a Factfind Reviewer, you will be responsible for ensuring that life assurance and pension sales are fully compliant with business and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review life assurance and pension sales to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend remedial actions to ensure best customer outcomes.
- Promote understanding of internal procedures and regulatory requirements among colleagues.
- Maintain a comprehensive CPD record in line with FCA requirements.
- Generate reports and summaries of thematic reviews and file assessments as requested by the Head of Compliance.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in factfind review and a Level 4 qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience in reviewing life assurance and pension sales, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
