About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next. One thing you can be sure of, though, is that you'll be making your clients' days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
