Job Title: Senior Director

Eversana Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our biostatistics team in delivering next-generation commercialization services to the life sciences industry.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in biostatistics, health economics, and outcomes research. The successful candidate will lead a wide range of projects, including indirect comparisons, propensity score matching, RWE, and clinical trial individual patient data analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams and client meetings
  • Contribute to operational and business development initiatives
  • Delegate activities to and supervise junior staff and contractors
  • Empower project team members to take positive action and accountability
  • Identify and resolve issues/conflicts within project teams
  • Administer three-month reviews, summer check-ins, and annual reviews
  • Set project strategy and scope for a range of HEOR biostatistics project types
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and challenges
  • Provide strategy leadership to help efficiently grow the biostatistics team
  • Oversee/implement quality control activities
  • Identify the need for and development of best practices and tools for project execution
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD university degree in a medical- or mathematics-related field
  • ~8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field
  • ~Excellent understanding and practical use of coding language, most importantly being R code
  • ~Technically competent with Microsoft Office
  • ~Ability to lead project teams and client meetings
  • ~Ability to adapt to shifting internal and client-related priorities/timelines
  • ~Ability to manage personal and project team members' time across multiple competing projects
  • ~Ability to effectively interact and communicate with peers, senior management, and clients
  • ~Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills
