About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mindbody. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving technical product-related issues and answering questions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize multiple methods of contact, including phone, email, and chat, to engage with customers and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide education to customers on product features and additional services.
  • Document customer interactions and call-related notes to maintain accurate records and improve customer support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert-level support to customers.
Requirements
  • 1 year of related customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of support-related inquiries with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a high level of engagement with customers.
