NMC Cyber Process Writer

We are seeking a skilled Process Writer to join our team at the National Management Centre (NMC). As a Process Writer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive, user-friendly documentation that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive process documentation that meets organisational and operational standards.
- Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the NMC Cyber Security products and services.
- Translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging, user-friendly content.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the process documentation across the NMC.
- Work with service leads to identify documentation repositories and determine the best solutions for data compilation and centralised storage.
- Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and structured documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- The ability to articulate technical understanding to plain simple English in an effective manner.
- Experience working with operational teams to improve services, operational execution, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in high-pressure environments.
