We are seeking an exceptional Orthotist to join our team as a Clinical Director in Roehampton. This is a senior leadership role that requires someone with strong clinical expertise and management skills.

As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of our orthotic services and ensuring they meet the needs of our patients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Orthotists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

We offer a competitive market salary of £65,000 per annum, plus access to innovative scanning and 3D technology.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Orthotist who can lead our team in delivering high-quality care for patients with complex orthotic needs. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) across Queen Mary's and St George's Hospitals to ensure the smooth running of the service.

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Lead on the use of newer technology and innovations to improve patient outcomes.
  • Share your knowledge and experience with junior colleagues and offer mentorship to graduates.
