About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Primary schools in Leicestershire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting students' learning and development, while also contributing to the overall well-being of the school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with students to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students who require it.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2/3 qualification in Support Teaching or Learning.
  • Proven experience working 1:1 with students, preferably in a primary setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of teaching methodologies and resources.
