Job Title: Production Data Coordinator

A key role within our Production Database Team, the Production Data Coordinator will play a crucial part in driving team efforts to deliver software solutions.

About the Role

The Production Database Automation Team is responsible for developing and supporting a growing number of innovative custom-built solutions. Core skills within the team include C#, Blazor, Ansible, Jenkins, Powershell, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Spanner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive projects from conception to execution, with a record of accomplishment of successful outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent understanding of software development, in particular C#.NET.
  • Good understanding of database technologies, in particular SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices.
  • Setting performance expectations and identify growth opportunities within the team.
  • Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensuring timely provision of agreed deliverables throughout the software development life cycle, by understanding both customer and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Identifying and mitigating risk, removing blockers to delivery.
  • Providing performance feedback and inputting into staff appraisals.
