Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that prioritizes customer needs and drives business growth.
  • Lead a team of talented designers and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design direction and new product development.
  • Identify resource gaps and skill opportunities, working with ASOS Talent Managers to expand the team and recruit world-class talent.
  • Mentor and develop future design leaders within ASOS, building a pipeline of talent that will sustain the company's design excellence and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Design Leader in ecommerce-driven, user-centric products.
  • Deep understanding of customer-led product design and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design vision and execute product strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Inspirational leadership that advocates for team development and is driven by helping others reach their potential.
